More than 32,000 tickets were sold for the Rio 2016 men’s and ladies’ football competitions inside of 24 hours of the opposition draw, coordinators said on Friday.
Rio 2016 ticketing boss Donovan Ferreti said the figure was in regards to 32 times more noteworthy than the day by day normal before Thursday’s draw – which figured out who might play against who, and where, Xinhua news office reported.

Both finals will be played at the Maracana, with the ladies’ gold award match planned for August 19 and the men’s decider a day later.
